From this safe space, our body's systems function on a much better level.

When connected with our safe space:

We can have patience and presence in our relationships, creating loving connections;

Have more balanced functions in our body's systems, therefore feeling healthier, mobile and strong;

More clear thinking and focus in our minds therefore achieving our goals;

The ability to relax, rest and heal.

How do we become disconnected?

From our patterning.

Our patterning based off what we have learnt from our elders, our parents and our peers;

our patterning regarding our actions, lifestyle and thinking habits that we have learnt to keep us alive.

These, many times, take us away from the safe space within.

Any time we taught ourselves to create habits of survival, acting from fear, we stepped away from the safe space. Eventually, the more we accumulated this, the more we began to live from a space of survival.

In this Retreat you will:

Learn your patterns of survival, how your body is holding on to tension, causing aches and dis-ease and then let go

Tap into your safe space with guidance through exercises such as Yoga and breathwork
